All services are provided by licensed professionals. Service availability may vary by location and appointment scheduling is required for most services. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any lawful reason.

Appointments must be booked in advance through our website, mobile app, or by phone. We require at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the service cost. We understand emergencies occur and will work with you on a case-by-case basis. For packages or memberships, specific cancellation policies apply as outlined in your agreement.

Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and digital payment methods. Gift cards and promotional codes must be presented before service begins and cannot be combined unless specified. Gratuities are appreciated but not included in service prices. All prices are subject to change without notice, though any changes will not affect confirmed appointments.

Clients are expected to treat our staff and facility with respect. We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for harassment, discrimination, or abusive behavior. Clients must arrive on time for appointments and in appropriate condition to receive services. We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service if a client is disruptive, intoxicated, or poses a safety concern. Repeated violations may result in permanent ban from our services.

While we take every precaution to ensure safe and effective services, individual results may vary. We are not liable for allergic reactions or adverse effects unless caused by our negligence. Clients must disclose all relevant medical conditions, allergies, and medications before service. Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided. We maintain professional liability insurance as required by law.

All content on our website and marketing materials, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is our property or that of our licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission. Client photos may be used for marketing purposes unless you opt out in writing.

Your personal information is collected and used in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We take data security seriously and implement appropriate measures to protect your information. You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. We do not sell your information to third parties. By using our services, you consent to our data practices as described in our Privacy Policy.

Any disputes arising from these terms or our services will first be attempted to be resolved through good faith negotiations. If informal resolution fails, disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our services at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other clients, our staff, or our business interests. Upon termination, your right to use our services will immediately cease. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.
